Data visualization
The amount of data we collect today is endless, but this data in itself does not provide valuable insights. The human brain is visually oriented. This makes data visualization a powerful means of communication to share, interpret and analyze data faster.
A lot of research has been done on how our brains handle information. “When you hear information, you only remember 10 percent a few days later. That rises to 65 percent if you add an image to it, ”writes researcher Medina in his book" Brain Rules ". An image says more than a thousand figures. The use of visual elements is therefore a must if you want your message to stick.
